There have been an increasing number of fraudulent companies pretending to be the official hotel provider of hotels for Iabmas 2024. DIS Congress Service is the ONLY official congress partner for hotel accommodation and the only agency offering accommodation.

The most secure way to book accommodation is through the registration link.

Hotel rooms have been pre-booked at special conference rates for the participants in hotels of different categories in the vicinity of the venue. We encourage you to book your hotel when you make your registration online so you will not risk that your preferred hotel is fully booked.

If for some reason it is more convenient for you to book the hotel room after having registered for the conference it is still possible to book and achieve the favourable conference rate, as long as rooms are available.

Tivoli Hotel is only 15 minutes’ walk from the popular Tivoli Gardens and the city centre of Copenhagen with its many attractions. The hotel’s 679 rooms have air-conditioning, satellite TV and free wireless internet. The décor in some of the rooms is inspired by themes from the historic Tivoli Gardens. The 12th-floor Sky Bar (Sticks 'n' Sushi) offers city and waterfront views. Facilities include Tivoli Brasserie, MASH Penthouse Restaurant,  a special children's area and a gym. This modern hotel offers good-value accommodation in Copenhagen, only 15 minutes’ walk from attractions such as the Tivoli Gardens and the shopping street, Strøget. The 510 rooms at Wakeup Copenhagen have air-conditioning, flat-screen TV, a small work desk and bathroom with shower. Please note that all rooms have one 160 cm wide double bed (no twin beds) and are non-smoking. The 13-floor building is designed by Danish architect Kim Utzon. Facilities include a large breakfast restaurant, business centre, free WiFi and parking for a fee.

CABINN Copenhagen **

CABINN Copenhagen Hotel was built in 2019 and is centrally located close to the harbour front and the hip Meatpacking District. All 1202 rooms have a private bathroom, TV, free WiFi and a kettle including free tea and coffee. The hotel has a breakfast restaurant and a lift to all floors, including the underground car park (fees apply). Smoking is not allowed in all indoor areas.

Deposit, cancellation and changes

Reservations of hotel rooms must be backed by a 1 night deposit payment. The deposit serves as a guarantee to the hotel for the first night and will be deducted from the participants’ hotel invoice upon check-in/check-out. ALL REMAINING NIGHTS ARE TO BE PAID AT THE HOTEL UPON ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE.

In case of cancellation or changes

Before 19 March, 2024 the deposit will be reimbursed, between 20 March and 20 May, 2024 the deposit will only be reimbursed if DIS Congress Service is able to allocate all the cancelled room nights to another guest.

For cancellations made after 20 May, 2024 no refund of the hotel deposit will be made. Please note that in case of cancellation all hotels are legally authorized to charge the entire stay as booked by the guest also in case of no-show or early departure. In case of a refund this will be made after the conference.

All changes must be made to DIS Congress Service (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) in writing and not to the hotel.

All bookings will be made on a first come, first served basis after receipt of the hotel deposit, as long as DIS has rooms available.
